-Requirements: Microsoft SQL Server, Citrix, Active Directory, Exchange Server
-Trouble shooting and problems solving printer, scanner and desktop related issues
-Experience with a large remote hosting environment desired
-Knowledge or experience working with Crown Freight, McLeod Powerbroker and is a plus
-Ability to assist others with Microsoft office suites and manage phone calls, email and web submissions and deal with issues
-Remotely access customer systems to diagnose faults and provide solutions where possible.
THIS POSITION IS A PART TIME "DIRECT HIRE" 20-25 HOURS PER WEEK AND WILL BECOME FULLTIME AS WORK INCREASES
