Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Mechanical Engineer for an opening in Palmdale, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Thermodynamics analyst for Advanced Development Program in Palmdale California. Will plan, manage, and conduct thermodynamic analysis of air vehicles in support of subsystems design. Will perform heat transfer analysis using Sinda/Fluint and Thermal Desktop and analyze thermal management systems. Will coordinate requirements and design solutions with structures, subsystems and propulsion engineers. Will perform ECS analysis.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
-Experience performing heat transfer analysis using finite difference analysis tools such as Thermal Desktop, Sinda Fluint, Sinda G, MSC Sinda, Nastran Thermal Analyzer, etc.-Experience developing and analyzing Air Cycle System (ACS) and/or Vapor Cycle Systems (VCS) Environmental Control Systems (ECS).-Leadership experience.-Experience creating presentation material using MS Power Point and delivering presentations.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

EDUCATION:
-High School Diploma

9/80, 1st Shift
