Chipton-Ross is seeking a Media Production Specialist 5 located in Hazelwood, MO

The location is the St. Louis area in Hazelwood

Directing webcast and production crews on site for live leadership meetings (Shareholders, Leadership Meeting, numerous large-scale, high-level, high visibility AV events). Includes setting requirements, working with Project Coordinators and Schedulers, establishing budgets, production schedules, directing crew, on-site encoding, training other CS team members in webcasting techniques.

oWP provides estimate to Project Coordinator and Customer.
oWP opens PCNs for any vended requirements such as captioning or an external webcast.
oWP requests webcast links from BEN.
oWP provides webcast links to customer.
oWP works with Video Scheduler to schedule equipment and personnel for the webcast.
oWP receives slides and/or videos from the customer, at least 24 hours prior to event and has them converted for webcast use.
oWP arrives on location with crew 2 hours prior to webcast start.
oWP and crew set-up and test equipment, interfacing with the customer as requested. WP introduces crew and identifies their positions to customer.
oWP directs the webcast production, including tape archive as back-up.
oWP checks with customer at conclusion of the webcast to make sure all their requirements have been met.
oWP and crew breakdown equipment and leave location.
oWP works with customer to determine if any edits are needed.

This is a one year assignment with the potential for an extension based on how well the successful candidate contributes to the team.

Accredited Bachelor's degree and typically 15 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 13 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

On-Call/First Shift
8 AM - 5 PM

Travel Required - Travel throughout the St. Louis area.
