Description: Chipton-Ross is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for an opening in Sacramento, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports and coordinates recruitment and employee transfer activities, including maintenance of complex spreadsheets, creation of reports, creation of job requisition files, preparation of offers, completion of post-offer processes and new hire orientation. Essential Functions: 60% - Provides direct support to the Human Resources team, including updating transfer tracking worksheets, updating and reporting from iCIMS applicant tracking system, scheduling interviews, making travel arrangements, updating and managing numerous forms and information packages, and processing invoices. 15% - Prepares employment offer packages using established offer templates and specific information provided by recruiters. Coordinates, documents and ensures completion of post-offer background investigations, reference checks and medical screening. Ensures effective and reliable service when regularly faced with heavy workload and/or tight deadlines. 10% - Prepares a variety of detailed reports, both regularly scheduled and ad hoc, pertaining to the Staffing function, ensuring the accuracy of information as well as the quality and timeliness of the delivered reports. 10% - Coordinates and leads the new employee orientation program, updating orientation materials as needed. 5% - Contributes to ongoing process improvement activities, focusing on quality and efficiency.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Experience in support of the Human Resources function required, including experience maintaining and updating applicant tracking systems. Very strong MS Excel and Word skills are required for success in this position. Experience in positions that have required significant attention to detail, follow through, flexibility, and the ability to effectively handle a variety of complex responsibilities in a multi-tasking, deadline-driven environment is a must. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills as well as the ability to work well within a team environment are essential.

EDUCATION:
High school education or equivalent and at least 7 years related Human Resources, administrative, or other closely related experience required. Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major preferred.
