Description: Chipton-Ross is seeking (5) Employee Development Specialist for openings in Seattle, WA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is for a facilitator to support delivery of BCA Manufacturing Onboarding. The position requires interacting with new client employees; high personal touch and support the lead facilitator as needed. This role will partner, prepare, and coach leaders teaching leaders, SMEs and guest instructors. The ideal candidate will possess the skills to support an inspiring and engaging Onboarding experience for Client employees and effectively facilitate large and small groups that energize and excite employees as they begin or move through their career at client This position requires being fully present and acts as a liaison to all incoming presenters and the new hires, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere in order to integrate new hires into the new client mindset.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
• Current on facilitation and instructional techniques for adult audience
• Excellent verbal, nonverbal, listening, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as with a team; prioritize tasks; identify problems and propose alternative solution
• Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of employees – from manufacturing to executive
• Excellent writing skills, and strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication, analytical and creative thinking skills
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to facilitate content in a face-to-face and virtual environment
• Computer skills required: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 4 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT
WORK HOURS: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Will work a Monday-Thursday 4-40 shift to support Onboarding program.
