Description


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under general direction will be responsible for the promotion of credit union products and services to members either on the telephone or in person. Provides counsel to new and existing members in regards to the various credit union services available. Performs data entry for incoming loan requests. Coordinates with members for follow-up on new accounts until a final decision has been reached. Work with members to fund loans. May also function as a Credit Union notary. Some duties may be performed by other staff as determined by management. Responsible for staying current with all applicable policies and procedures.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Must have experience with loan processing. Two years' experience within a financial institution with demonstrated success in a sales environment. Advanced knowledge of teller functions, new accounts, member service, and loan products. Ability to assist members with all credit union products and services. Effective organizational and communication skills, with an emphasis on positive member communication. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Spectrum, Docusign and the loan origination system.

EDUCATION:
High school graduate or equivalent.

9:30AM to 6PM
