Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the promotion of Dental and Vision products.
Assist with daily member inquiries, including, but not limited to, cross-selling products and services.
Answer member inquiries regarding dental and vision programs, policies and procedures.
Process enrollment applications for dental and vision plans.
Prepare member correspondence relating to new applications, as needed; including, but not limited to, deceased accounts, disputes, and cancellations.
Discuss available programs with member and work with member to determine best plan for each member.
Process premiums and deposits for members.
Contact accounting with account adjustment request (refunds, invoicing, and eligibility notifications).
Accountable to perform accounting and clerical tasks.
Participate in internal audits of dental and vision files, as needed.
Telephone support for insurance carriers call center.
Provide web support to prospective members.
Perform clerical functions to include data input and telephone support.
Review and process incoming member communication; including but not limited to, voice mail, U.S. mail, and email.
Supports management in attaining organizational goals and objectives.
Participate in department and organization meetings as directed.
Provide support in various areas as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Two years' experience within a call center or customer service environment with demonstrated success in a sales knowledge.
Ability to assist members with CUSO products and services.
Effective organizational and communication skills, with an emphasis on positive member communication.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

EDUCATION:
High school graduate or equivalent.

HOURS:
7:30AM to 4PM
