Description: Chipton Ross is seeking a Contract Service Billing Administrator in Cary, NC.

Description: Responsible for the invoicing of Service Contract orders for the Clinical Workflow Solutions business. Serves as the point of contact for all customer inquiries related to service contracts and Fee for Service (FFS) billing. Additional responsibilities include creation of contracts in a database and entering billing information into JD Edwards.

Responsibilities: - Other duties may be assigned:
o Receive and Invoice Service Contract Renewal Orders daily, email invoices to customers monthly.
o Process all new and shipped orders in Microsoft CRM and in JD Edwards accurately and timely and ensure both systems align.
o Responsible for accurate and timely completion of month-end reporting that is provided to Finance, Sales Operations and Data Analytics team.
o Ensure work orders are completed correctly. Include all parts, order numbers, and detailed repair resolutions before completion.
o Work with Credit Department to resolve disputed FFS invoices and call customers when necessary.
o Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external customers with respect to service contract and FFS invoicing questions.
o Reconcile 3rd party contracts and submit PO requisitions.
o Investigate, develop and recommend procedural efficiencies to enhance productivity, individually and within a team environment.
o Work with team on ad-hoc projects relating to outreach to customer base.
o Acts as an influential member of the team, adapting personal behaviors to align with and support changes in the organization
o Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
o3-5 years' experience in a finance, billing or service contract environment
oExperience with JD Edwards
oExperienced with Microsoft Office Suite with strong MS Excel skills
oExperience with customer relationship management software
oAbility to understand and navigate and report from a database
oAccountable with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
oMust be organized, diligent, and have strong customer service skills
oStrives to exceed the expectations of internal and external customers

Education:
oBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Management required
