Description: Chipton-Ross is seeking a Retention & Win-Back Manager located in Burbank, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Seeking a Manager, Retention and Win-Back for the OTT department. The position will be responsible and focused on the retention of existing and lapsed users. You'll be responsible for optimizing the life cycle experience for users after purchase as well as improving renewal and retention metrics. In this role, optimization instincts, product savviness, and an analytical mindset are key to driving growth and monetization. Responsibilities:
· Understand and track retention and other key performance metrics; work with Business Intelligence, Ad Operations, Product Management, Engagement, and Design teams to improve product efficiency, as well as to launch and optimize lead nurturing and win-back campaigns
· Analyze data to monitor health of the subscriber base (e.g. renewal rates & volumes, key demographics & trends, etc.) and identify areas for improvement
· Strategically formulate and package rewards programs for win-back efforts; generate data-driven hypotheses that inform strategies for campaigns and initiatives
· Scope and execute A/B tests across emails, paid media, web, mobile, and other customer-facing communication platforms
· Conduct post-experiment analyses and deep dives, and present recommendations and findings from test data.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
· Strong project management and prioritization skills
· Strong analytical skills; familiar with SQL or Hive is a plus
· Understanding of what retention metrics are and how to impact them (renewal, churn, and engagement)
· Experience with A/B testing and digital media campaigns (paid, owned, and earned)
· Ability to work cross-functionally and manage various stakeholders
· Core understanding of subscription products and self-service sales is preferred

EDUCATION:
Accredited ·Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; MBA Preferred

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time
Approx. 40 hours/week
