Description: Chipton-Ross is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst for an opening in Everett, WA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with activities across multiple functions to resolve emergent issues in support of specific operations. Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria. Provides limited feedback on assessment results. Support the organization to implement strategies and plans. Works under general supervision. Attention to detail in all aspects of this job is critical. Strong interpersonal skills, scheduling, document development and maintenance, grammatical proficiency, sensitivity in handling confidential data, understanding process documents and providing leadership and directions and or adhering to direction. Event planning and coordination skills are highly desired. Strong oral and written communications and collaboration skills. Willing to perform administrative duties (i.e. catering, stapling, collating, data entry, etc.)

EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 1 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT
WORK HOURS: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

TRAVEL: YES
This position requires travel within the Puget Sound corridor to support internal customer events as well as flexibility in hours worked.
