Chipton-Ross is seeking a Technical Recruiter for an opening in Nashville, TN.

Client's software is the Trusted Choice of End-Users in the Special Operations Aviation Community. Client's software enables front-line special operations aviators to save lives on the battlefield. Our tightly integrated hardware and software solutions allow aircrew members to operate efficiently when protecting friendly ground forces. Our clients include the U.S. Armed Forces, U.S. Special Operation Forces and the Department of Homeland Security.
We are located in the vibrant West End area of Nashville, Tennessee near the University of Vanderbilt campus and Centennial Park. We are excited to offer 9/80 work schedule with every other Friday off, free lunch on-site three days a week, access to our company suite at Bridgestone arena for concerts and sporting events, and access to on-site gym, just to name a few.
You would be assigned to client's Sensor Systems Corporate Recruitment team. You would work on-site and support our main office in Nashville. Additionally, you would recruit for other sites within Sensor Systems, as needs dictate.
The Recruitment team has the exciting challenge of ensuring we maintain that leadership position by recruiting and selecting the best talent available around the world. In a world where the competition for talent is tough, we are looking for Recruiters who know how to attract passive candidates and how to leverage client's compelling employment value proposition to close the deal.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
This Recruiters role would include, but not be limited to:
Overseeing the entire recruit process from start to finish at assigned location(s)
Consulting with hiring managers with respect to job requirements and prepare internal / external postings
Sourcing qualified candidates using the resume bank and all other sources
Coordinating the interview process between the candidate and hiring manager
Screen, interview and provide candidate recommendations for hiring manager
Conduct pre-screening and referencing of candidates
Negotiate offers and prepare the proper documentation (i.e. offer letters, CGRP Clearance)
Participate in Career Fairs when required
Work with Taleo Applicant Tracking System and ensure all actions and data are updated on a daily basis for each applicant through hire date, as applicable
Coordinate recruitment efforts with local Human Resources Manager, other HR managers and the recruitment team
Follow company recruitment processes
Ensure compliance with AAP, EEOC, Conflict of Interest Programs for past/current military and OFCCP regulations through daily
Some domestic travel required for Career Fairs and Sector support/meetings

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Excellent computer skills (Proficiency in MS Office Suite is highly desired)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

EDUCATION:
Minimum 3+ years previous Engineering/ Technology Recruiting experience in a corporate environment
Proven ability to develop a proactive recruitment strategy
Previous experience using Taleo or other applicant tracking software
College or University degree
Demonstrated track record of recruiting success.
