Chipton-Ross is seeking a Site Specialist for an opening in Cambridge, MA.

Media and Buffer Preparation Assembly of media/buffer bag totes Provide daily delivery of media and buffers Preparation of subsamples to be used for long term storage Maintain sample, reference standard, critical reagent, sample retain, and lab solution inventories Ship and receive temperature controlled samples between client sites and offsite storage locations Maintain a laboratory notebook for all samples processed Following Strict SOP Receiving customer specific requests Working with team and customer to meet quality and time demands

Build strong, professional client relationships. Team oriented Sound decision making skills Effective communication skills (both verbal and written). Excellent time management and ability to prioritize work based on business and client needs. Ability to make commitments, track and communicate progress, and follow through until completion. Self-starter Results oriented Experience in Life Sciences or Healthcare environment Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria: Possess a strong desire to serve the customer, and the interpersonal skills to deal with various levels of personnel at the customer site including providing clear, concise communication with customers. Collaborate with the on-site team. Deliver excellent customer service to include maintaining a professional appearance at all times. Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines Strong problem solving ability. Displays a high level of confidentiality for both customer and client Works primarily at customer locations, in office environment to include cubicles and/or in and around shipping/receiving docks, stock rooms, storage locations and laboratory environments. May be required to work independently at a customer location. This position has not been approved for Relocation Assistance.
