Description


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
14 Years relevant experience with Bachelors in Science; 12 Years with Masters; 9 Years with PhD.
In-depth experience of SAP PPM Modules with configuration experience.
Demonstrated proactive technical leadership of IT implementations.
Demonstrated strong facilitation skills and IT systems design experience.
Understanding of COTS implementations and application development.
Understanding of multi-system interfaces.
Demonstrated use of the Systems Development Life Cycle process.
The ability to organize and manage large network centric projects.
Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Visio required.
Previous implementation experience with .NET, Java, SharePoint products is a plus.

EDUCATION:
Bachelors in Science, Masters, or PhD is required.

7:30AM to 4:00PM
