Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking an Electrical Engineer - Level 4 (2) for an opening in Orlando, FL.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sr. Printed Wiring Board (PWB) designer with Mentor Graphics DxDesigner/Expedition design experience. Mentor LMS and schematic capture is a plus. Candidate should have a thorough knowledge of PWB designing, fabrication, Mentor PWB layout Software, and should be familiar with Unix/Windows NT, and Linux would be considered a plus. Candidate will be responsible for designing High Density, High Speed Surface mount PWB's with some Thru Hole, Flex, RigidFlex PWB's. Boards will consist of 10 or more layers, mostly single sided assembly. Double sided assembly with Blind/Buried/Micro via experience is a must. Applicant should have experience with BGA's and fine pitch Surface mount devices. Candidate will be responsible for layout from placement thru fabrication artwork using client's Orlando's design processes and IPC2221 Design Standards.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
PWB designer with Mentor Graphics DxDesigner/Expedition design experience. Mentor LMS and schematic capture is a plus. Candidate should have a thorough knowledge of PWB design and fabrication. Design high density, high speed surface mount PWB's with some thru hole, flex, and rigi-flex PWB's. LG4 experience equivalent. Ability to obtain a security clearance is a must.
