Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Recruitment Support for an opening in Mojave, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with calendar scheduling, travel coordination, on-site tours, technical support to the recruiting department and general office duties as needed.


Will need to be able to provide technical support to recruiters, and assist them with their systems and processes.
Icims exp preferred.
Will perform web and applications researchand assist in system administration dutie. This person will be responsible for the upkeep and reliable operation of systems.

Assist IT with any changes to systems… troubleshoot system issues… our SME for our systems in the Talent Office.

High technical ability is critical… not necessarily needing the real role of a sys admin in the past.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Ideal candidate possesses the following qualities:

Tech savvy: Proficient-level user in MS Office Suite (Particularly: Outlook Email, Outlook Calendar, OneNote, Excel).
Bubbly, up-beat personality- Must be able to build rapport effortlessly (Will frequently interface with internal staff, including executive-level team members, candidates, employees, and visitors).
Professional demeanor
Self-starter
Quick learner

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED

WORK HOURS:
9/80-7:00am-4:30 M-TH/working Fridays: 7:00am-3:30
