Chipton Ross is seeking a Sr. Customer Care Representative in Miami, FL.

Job Summary: To work in conjunction with the managers and salespeople to better serve customers, thus, generating and increase in sales. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under minimum supervision.

*Provide day to day support to allocated team members to meet customer requirements
*Recommends changes to established processes and follows existing procedures to process phone orders, provide order status updates, look up part numbers and pricing information
*Processes Request for Material Authorization (RMA) and provide RMA status information as needed
*Support client business for the areas and/or customers that they support
*Manage the distributor relationship in all support aspects being the single point of contact for all matters with the exception of establishing pricing or sales quotas
*Provide the sales and finance teams with backlog reports
*Understands culture and government requirements needed to do business in the regions they support
*Proficient knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures that are common to a customer centric organization
*Has experience working with international shipping documents (which includes payment terms and Incoterms)
*Ability to work with a cross functional team
*Mentor and coach others on POA
*Perform the teaching for the ESKER system
*Serve as the backup and trainer for the Iberia Market
*Work with 3pls, brokers, and agents in Mexico and Brazil
*Serve as the backup for the Mexico Comercializadora
*Review all FLC orders before they are uploaded into SAP
*Required to host customers visits
*Serve as Sales Reps' back up when they are traveling or on vacation

*Basic knowledge of lean principles
*Fluency in English plus two additional languages of the designated geography required
*Proficient keyboard and computer skills, including functional knowledge of Excel and MS Word, or equivalent spreadsheet and word processing applications
*Knowledge of SAP, Esker, Center Group System, JDE and similar order management and processing system
*Numerate and accurate, particularly in relation to data integrity
*Excellent analytical and process flow optimization skills allowing for basic trouble shooting
*Minimal travel may be required; passport required
