- Chipton Ross is seeking a Graphic Artist for an opening located in El Segundo.
Responsible for designing, producing and updating presentations for our company.
Execute advanced, effective, dynamic and well thought out presentations, keeping in-line with brand, overall marketing strategy.
Collaborate with writers, designers, marketing managers and product specialists in the development of proper assets needed for presentations that will be used across a broad range of outputs.
Offer key executives consultancy-type service when developing meeting and business update presentations.
Manage end-to-end presentation (the full project lifecycle - from brief and pitch to usability and build).
Stay on track with emerging digital, print and presentation trends and culture. Attend events and engage with the wider creative community
Articulate and present creative ideas/treatments to teams and management.
Possess and display a proven understanding of typography, layout and color.
High attention to detail.
Regular, predictable attendance.
At least 3 years minimum experience. 5+ years of combined design/presentation experience preferred with work samples (online portfolio).
Expert skills with: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office (specifically PowerPoint), and Keynote.
Flash and Adobe After Effects (Video and motion graphics) a plus.
Knowledge of digital media design aligned with business goals a plus - coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases, animated gifs, videos, emails, motion graphics, photo retouching, etc.).
Ability to communicate information and data effectively with the use of animation, builds, as well as the creation of easy to understand charts, graphs and diagrams.
Able to transform hand-drawn sketches and complex, busy designs into strategic images to be used with presentation slides.
Capable of storytelling to help the company reach and engage target audiences.
Passionate about your work, motivated as well as capable of creating fresh new design ideas and innovative concepts.
Self-starter. Able to manage your own projects while working under tight deadlines to maintain schedules.
Enjoy a challenge and figuring out new ways to do things as efficiently as possible.
Able to understand and communicate clearly and concisely (email, voicemail, and face-to-face).
Aware on an on-going basis of design trends, undertaking appropriate research when required, thus ensuring creative is innovative and in brand for the company.
Able to work well with cross-functional teams and upper management.
Extremely detail oriented, flexible and the able to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment simultaneously contributing to multiple projects each with aggressive development schedules and editing requests.
Experienced in proofing text and can go beyond spell-check to grammar.
