Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a TA Recruiter for an opening in 1 Dallas, TX and 2 in Orlando, FL.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position will serve as a Senior Talent Sourcing Recruiter supporting engineering and technology roles in a high volume environment. Ideal candidate will have either corporate or agency experience sourcing technical talent for mid to senior level roles. This position will partner with client facing recruiting staff and will be on point for locating, cultivating and attracting talent to open positions in the organization.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Ideal candidate will have experience working in an applicant tracking system, contact relationship management system and external talent sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Google search and AIRS CIR techniques.
6+ years of high volume technical recruiting supporting an engineering or technical organization. Experience working with recruiting technology such as an enterprise wide applicant tracking system, candidate relationship management system or custom built candidate database. Expert in Boolean search techniques and talent engagement.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Employment branding
Knowledge of OFCCP and EEO hiring laws and guidelines is desired but not mandatory. "Preferred experience working with Dept. of Defense Clearance level candidates".

EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor\'s Degree in Business or related field, additional years of experience may serve in lieu of a degree
