- Chipton-Ross is seeking 8 Design and Analysis Engineer 1 located in Berkeley, MO
Mission Systems Electrical Engineer works with customers to develop and document electronic and electrical system requirements for a variety of new capabilities for military aircraft and missile systems. Analyzes and translates requirements into system architecture, hardware and software designs and interface specifications. Tests and validates to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements. Monitors supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements. Supports fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle. Investigates emerging technologies to develop concepts for future product designs to meet projected requirements.
1 or more years of previous electronic system development or test experience is desired.
Experience working in a lab environment (e.g. HW/SW interfaces/integration, creating/conducting configuration testing, troubleshooting, proficiency using general lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, meters and analyzers) is highly desirable, but not required.
Accredited Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, mathematics, or physics is required.
Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering is preferred.
