Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking 3 Electronic Publishing Specialist D's located in Mesa, AZ.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Designs, formats, proofs and produces technical, business and promotional material. Analyzes requirements, develops and recommends technical solutions to digital and print media. Monitors technical approach and level load work. Leads the integration of text and graphics. Establishes standard processes and specifications. Skills we are looking for:
•Technical Communication, especially the creation of technical documentation in the aerospace, manufacturing, engineering, scientific, medical, pharmaceutical, software industry.
•Business processes and procedures
•Work instructions
•Knowledge and experience with publication standards and style guides
•Editing standards
•Commitment to the protection of sensitive and proprietary information
•Degrees in Technical Communications, English, Journalism.
•Microsoft Office Products, including SharePoint
•Adobe Products

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
1.Advanced Microsoft Word skills (i.e., styles, cross-referencing, tables, figures, images)
2.Microsoft Word Document conversion and clean up
3.Attention to detail
4.Good written and oral communications skills
5.Proofreading skills

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED and typically 7 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT
WORK HOURS: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
