Description


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include providing full-life cycle technical recruiting to NG Aerospace Systems (NGAS) Sector. Knowledge in a full life-cycle recruiting including, but not limited to sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing and candidate relationship management while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process. A successful candidate must be able to manage competing demands, accept constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible to changing business requirements. This position requires a demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of technical and professional positions and handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. Occasional travel may be required. Demonstrated ability to command the attention and respect of leadership, ability to create and manage strategic alliances and drive the process. Must demonstrate solid judgment, the ability to quickly learn systems, processes and procedures and have a strong understanding of OFCCP process compliance.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
10 Years with Bachelors; 8 Years with Masters; Full cycle recruiting experience in a large and complex organization.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree.

Preferred Qualifications:
Familiar with Taleo or similar type Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is preferred.


HOURS:
9/80 work week
