Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Software Engineer Level 2 for an opening in Grand Prairie, TX.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our Software Engineering team is looking for creative software engineers with a desire for professional growth and technical challenge to be responsible for leading, developing and supporting software requirements, architecture, design, code, unit test, and software integration of the Miniature Hit-to-Kill (MHTK) OFS (Operational Flight Software) CSCI.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience with Embedded and Application based programming languages (i.e. C/C++, VC++) - Experience with Power-On BIT (PBIT) - Experience developing a robust, scalable software architecture for a real-time tactical weapons system - Experience developing software for ARM/Intel processors - Windows/Linux experience

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Desired Tool Experience:
Parasoft C++ Test, Xilinx SDK, Embedded Linux, C++, Red Hat with Admin experience, JIRA, GitLab, Code Collaborator, and Klocwork.

For Interceptor work: TI DSPs, Code Composer IDE, and Matlab/Simulink

EDUCATION:
Accredited BS in Computer Engineering; Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field

WORK HOURS:
9/80, 1st Shift
Full-Time
