Description


RESPONSIBILITIES:
The selected candidate will oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Plans and coordinates preparation of project documentation, such as engineering drawings, production specifications and schedules, and contract modifications, to ensure customer contract requirements are met. Analyzes proposed changes of product design to determine effect on overall product and system. Coordinates modification records for management control. Reviews and analyzes released engineering change data and coordinates changes with engineering, quality, support, manufacturing, and engineering data control activities. Oversees Configuration Reporting for multiple programs in accordance with government / customer requirements. Document includes communication when performing Work Order completion, and subsequently preparing a Final Configuration Report for inclusion in the applicable End Item Data Package. Supervises Change Control Worksheets as a quality notification for released or revised engineering/drawings while releasing tasks to affected stakeholders to implement the change.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 1 year work experience in a quality, production support, manufacturing and/or engineering environment.
Ability to read engineering drawings
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work in cross functional teams and interface/communicate with multiple levels of leadership and customers.
Ability to multitask and work in fast paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP Material Requirements Planning Knowledge.
Enovia and Solumnia Knowledge.
Aerospace, Space Systems, and/or Defense Industry Experience.
Strong Project Management, Leadership and Organization Skills.
Strong Data Analytics.
Experience in a multi-functional organization.

EDUCATION:
Must have a Bachelor's degree.

HOURS:
9/80 workweek
