Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking an Employee Development Spec 3 located in Mesa, AZ.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Delivers aerospace / aircraft electrical course content and assesses effectiveness based on learning objectives. Electrical courses may include but is not limited to the following: Crimping; shield terminations; coaxial assembly; soldering; wire harness fabrication; splicing; fiber optics; connector assembly; and electrical bonding. Assists with learning requirements analysis. Assists with updating course content and instructional materials. Tests delivery environment . Conducts customer workplace coaching sessions to improve individual or group performance.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Aerospace and/or aircraft electrical experience is required.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Oral and Written Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and must have Knowledge of Electrical Technology.

PREFERRED SKILLED:
Ability to read electrical schematics and ability to read wire harness print.

EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 4 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time/First Shift
