- Chipton-Ross is seeking a Project Mgmnt Specialist 4 located in Tukwila, WA.
Leads others and directs all phases of assigned cross-organizational or business unit projects demonstrating proficiency in all project management areas in accordance with accepted project management standards in the industry (e.g., Project Management Body of Knowledge [PMBOK], Agile/Scrum methodology). Uses Agile/Scrum Master knowledge to lead and direct all phases of projects, including leading workshops. Assist in the documentation of the Features and User Stories using Agile/Scrum methodology. Support subsystems of major projects from inception through completion. Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives. Ensures that all project control systems within the scope of the project are in place and integrates project data for decision makers. Ensures assigned individuals are executing the identified and assigned tasks and providing appropriate tracking and reporting per plan. Provides in-depth analysis of project culminating with lessons learned and historical reports for incorporation into future project plans. Provides assessment of team performance to appropriate management.
Accredited Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 8 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Local to Seattle area and possible US travel to other client sites.
