Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking an Aircraft Worker for an opening in Lexington, KY.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs a variety of taks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on aircraft mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, and frames. Works from drawings, makes initial layouts, and uses hand and/or power tools, jigs and saws. May conduct quality inspections or processing line in accordance with quality specifications. May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to the specifications and under simulated conditions.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Previous experience manufacturing simple to complex mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies. Experience using hand tools, power tools and machinery such as drill presses, rivet and hardware presses. Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
Experience with Hi-Lok fasteners, Cherrymax rivets, blueprint reading and pneumatic tooling.

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED
