- Chipton-Ross is seeking a Training & Development Rep Level 2 for an opening in Oldsmar, FL.
Executes technical product training for employees and supports the inspection & training manager as required. This may include standard, repeatable modules, customized and new product modules. Communicates with the manufacturing supervisors, engineering and technical trainers to prepare the training programs. Assists in preparing lesson plans and training materials; develop course content; determines methodology and coordinates the development of training aids. Conducts training sessions and administers tests. Will be assisting with onboarding process using computers and multiple computer programs. Works on other projects as required.
Manufacturing knowledge. Must be proficient in MS Suites. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a team consisting of diverse backgrounds. Ability to communicate both orally and written, while multitasking on multiple assignments. Ability to learn and use new/complex software programs while possessing the ability to resolve basic computer issues. Ability to train others. This is a first shift position but the flexibility to work evenings is strongly desired.
A minimum of a 2-year college degree. Knowledge in IPC 610 and IPC 620 standards.
