- Chipton-Ross is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist D located in Everett, WA.
The position will oversee the daily Employee Service Center store operations in Everett, Seattle, Renton and Auburn.
This role will collaborate with the Employee Service Center Store team to support daily operations such as visual merchandising, ensuring the correct product mix is available at the stores and maintaining a professional business environment and overall appearance of the centers and retail locations. Attention to detail is important as you will also create and maintain processes and reports along with assisting customer service issues.
This role will also be responsible for driving growth through analyzing market place trends and contributing to the creation and execution of the ESC marketing strategy. High energy, strong independent working skills and the ability to manage multiple competing deadlines is a requirement for this position.
Your passion for excellent customer service, retail sales and fresh ideas will ensure the right mix of retail products, services and innovation. Through solicitation of feedback and recommendations from our customer, you will develop new and innovative ways to better deliver this highly valued benefit to our Client employees.
Accredited High School Diploma/GED and typically 7 or more years’ retail experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Travel Required - Travel on site between stores and travel between Everett and Renton
