Chipton Ross is seeking 3 Receiving Clerks for openings in Huntington Beach, CA.

Job Summary:
Maintains a structured and efficient Receiving process. This position will be responsible for accounting for all delivered material, and ensuring documentation of all transactions. Prioritizes work activities based upon arrival of materials and activity of the night before.

Summary of Duties:
o Receive materials and input information into M3 system according to the purchase order.
o Data entry into various applications Excel, Microsoft word, M3.
o Accurate documentation of all transactions.
o Ensure materials are released from customs and are received on time.
o Loading and unloading of merchandise when delivered.
o Dispose of used/unused materials/waste.
o Problem solve and trouble shoot problems and issues with shipments and purchase orders.

High school diploma or GED required
Experienced in using Excel, Microsoft Word, and internet.
Experience with a part tracking system (ex: M3).
Able to problem solve independently and take initiative.
Competent with tracking shipments via the internet.

Work Schedule:
6am - 4:30pm M-F with potential of sat and sun as needed
