- Chipton-Ross is seeking 2 Facilities Analyst 1's for openings in Ridley Park, PA.
With supervision, monitors existing contracts of a noncritical nature to determine compliance. Follows preestablished processes to monitor schedule dates. When directed, communicates with internal and external suppliers to provide information regarding adherence to scheduled activities. Under direct supervision, collects and logs accurate information, runs standard reports, and maintains records per record retention guidelines. May perform some elementary analysis using developed tools. Receives and inputs internal and external customer requests for services and goods related to buildings, equipment, and systems. With supervision, supports the processing of requests to meet customer needs through predetermined criteria. With supervision, follows preestablished guidelines to ensure that configuration control is maintained.Work with facilities personnel to determine maintenance issues and performance metrics.
Proficient with MS office with emphasis on Excel - pivot tables and good typing skills.
Accredited Bachelor's degree.
FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT
WORK HOURS: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
