RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial Analysis for the direct contracts under our cognizance.
Prepares and coordinates the plans and schedules for new or existing programs. Determines, monitors, and reviews costs, operational budgets and schedules, and manpower requirements. Formulates and recommends corrective action measures such as schedule revisions, manpower adjustments, fund allocations, and work requirements.
Resolves proposal preparation problems and assesses the progress against established plans and parameters.
Supports and participates in negotiations with customer. Analyzes effects of projects upon various areas such as Engineering, Facilities, and the labor pool to determine the most practical and cost-efficient methods to obtain the required resources.
Work with Contracts, customers, department managers, to determine manning requirements, analyze monthly cost reports, provide reports per customer request.

Liaison: Frequent internal company and external contacts. Represents organization on specific projects. May make presentations to small groups.
This position does not require travel while on assignment.
Could possibly have to drive personal vehicle or NNS company vehicle to B86, 520, VASCIC, 902, 903, but not on a regular basis.

REQUIRED EXPEREINCE:
Bachelors in related field and 3 years of relevant professional experience. 1 year of relevant experience with a Master's degree.
Prior experience with Excel and Pivot Tables, and other Microsoft products.
Will work with SAP (prior experience not necessary).

EDUCATION:
Bachelors in related field or Master's degree is required.

HOURS:
5/40 workweek
