- Chipton-Ross is seeking a Finance Support Spec B located in Bellevue, WA
Performs routine, recurring bookkeeping activities for the collection, processing, recording and distribution of financial data. Reviews financial data for compliance and verifies accuracy and completeness. Responds to routine customer inquiries related to accounting transactions that require some explanation or interpretation. Performs other duties in support of accounting activities. Works under general supervision.
Selected candidate will be supporting the Client Leadership Network--a nonprofit business association focusing on leadership development within The Client Company.
Ability to meet deadlines - Required - Advanced
MS Access - Required - Novice
MS Excel - Required - Intermediate
MS PowerPoint - Required - Novice
MS Word - Required - Intermediate
Accredited High School Diploma/GED and typically 1 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
10 AM - 2 PM
This is a 20-hour/week position with specific days/time TBD. Candidate will perform the majority of work virtually with occasional trips to Puget Sound Client locations required. Familiarity with Quicken Home & Business software required.
The candidate selected to fill this assignment must successfully pass a credit check performed by the client.
