Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Product Acceptance Spec C located in Garden Grove, CA

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Verifies product conformance to design requirements. Provides objective evidence of results. Validates work instructions, tooling requirements, certifications, process standards, policies and procedures. Identifies and documents discrepancies and segregates and controls non-conforming items. Performs preliminary review and disposition of non-conformance. Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification. Identifies repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiates requests for corrective action. Expertise in portable coordinate measurement machine (PCMM) including, Romer arm. Highly skilled in the use of Inspection precision measuring tools - dial indicators, calipers, micrometers, krautkramer, boroscope, laser depth gauge, analog depth gauges, pin gauges, and countersink gauges. Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, electronic mail, hardware and software installation. Strong knowledge id the Client drawing system.

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED and typically 4 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time/First Shift
9 AM - 5:30 PM

MISCELLANEOUS:
This work assignment has been designated as "safety-sensitive" by the Client. Contractors assigned to safety-sensitive jobs at the Client site must first complete regulatory pre-placement requirements prior to reporting to assignment. Additionally, contractors assigned to safety-sensitive work will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing in accordance with federal mandates.
