Chipton Ross is seeking a Logistics Management Analyst in Ft. Benning, GA.

Enter data into multiple databases or spreadsheets. Ensure consistency and appropriate cross-referencing for both newly entered and previously entered data. Retrieve data and use data to respond to a variety of customer and vendor inquiries. Perform research to determine reasons for patterns of transaction errors and failures. Conduct extensive searches for information pertaining to complex and/or unusual supply transactions and patterns; assemble retrieved information into different formats to meet different requirements; for example, status reports, unmet customer needs, and other similar areas. Maintain files in accordance with applicable Army, Navy, and Department of Defense (DoD) regulations. Process RX to the unit assigned. Maintain clothing & equipment records for equipment issued to individuals. Review and maintain all individual unit records for equipment. Establish accurate accountability of all SPEAR equipment currently on-hand Identify all equipment shortages and recognizing/understanding needs. Order products which meet unit specifications and required capabilities. Package assets in compliance with specific support requirements. Process all designated personnel by sizing, inputting, and ordering their SPEAR equipment. Receive all inbound equipment for assigned units at the Contractor work site. Sign for, inventory, storing, issue, and input completed transactions on all received equipment. Operate a direct exchange for any unserviceable equipment turned in by a Soldier. Out-process Soldiers leaving the unit. Provide weekly updates to servicing unit. Prepare, inventory, catalog, package, turn-in, and ship assets to required locations using Government and commercial transportation sources. Process the required documentation through the unit Property Book Officer, Spear 2.0, and validating against the tracking registers. Assist the Government with a variety of administrative tasks such as the preparation of reports and maintenance of records. Perform other duties to include, but not limited to, physical inventories, preparation of reports, and maintenance of records (the operation of various types of vehicles, material handling and cleaning of equipment.Attachments 1391 Temp Labor Requirements.docx

MandatoryPossess a mastery of multiple logistics disciplines, including but not limited to Logistics Management and Inventory Management. Have a thorough understanding of CIF operations; Be proficient in the use of the Standard Army Management Information Systems (STAMIS), Global Combat Support System - Army (GCSS-A), and related Logistics Acquisition and Sustainment programs; Be physically able to lift weights of up to forty (40) pounds and carrying the weight for up to thirty (30) feet unassisted; Be physically capable of significant physical exertion, kneeling, crouching, stooping and walking; Proficiently use MS Office application software to maintain data and submit reports of varying types and formats via internal management control databases, spreadsheets, and other reporting tools in a variety of program application software. Make effective use of e-mail correspondence with an expert knowledge of Outlook E-mail communication programs. Be capable and proficient with verbal communications, both in person and via teleconferences Display expert knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel programs
