- Chipton Ross is seeking a Technical Recruiter in Moorestown, NJ.
o Work closely with technology management to determine hiring needs.
o Identify niche skill candidates based on technical job specifications to develop a diverse pool of applicants.
o Source, screen, and interview applicants and maintain candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System.
o Determine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions and promote the company image to candidates and external service providers.
o Apply thorough knowledge of full, lifecycle recruiting to fill positions quickly.
o Network within the technology sector to develop candidate flow.
o Other duties as assigned to support the talent acquisition team.
Mandatory - 5 years of Senior level recruiting in a technical world (software/systems), 3 years recruiting for cleared positions" (TS, TS/SCI, Full scope poly) and excellent communication skills.
o Candidates should be knowledgeable in internet recruiting techniques, familiar with working with resume management database systems, and skilled at conducting in-depth technical screens.
o Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills required.
o The ability to prioritize, manage time well, and work closely with the technology team to quickly address needs and adjust focus as needed.
o Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
