Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Staff Analyst 2 located in Hazelwood, MO

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Will include supporting the Intellectual Property Management Contracts & Licensing organizations.
o Loading / data validation of contractual information from multiple customers and platforms into our contracts & licensing system - Boeing Contracts & Licensing Tool (BCLT) - based on a checklist and process guidelines
o Coordinating information directly with Contract Representatives, Licensing Representatives and leadership
o Troubleshooting system and process issues, and maintaining system data integrity

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
o Able to read & interpret Commercial Contracting language
o Understanding of Contracting Pro Forma Terms & Conditions
o Perform quality data loading into contracts systems
o Able to interpret data from contracts and understand requirements against checklists and guidelines for data accuracy
o Able to resolve routine discrepancies in support of maintaining data integrity
o Organization and problem solving skills are essential
o Candidate must be able to work with multi-disciplined teams
o Strong leadership, communication skills and the willingness to work with minimal direction is expected
o Possess a positive work attitude and team approach
o Ability to balance work priorities of multiple teams

EDUCATION:
Accredited High school diploma or GED and typically 5 or more years of related experience in Commercial Contracting and / or Intellectual Property Licensing or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Paralegal or law department experience a plus.

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time/First Shift 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
