Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Project Management Specialist 4 located in Bellevue, WA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leads others and directs all phases of assigned cross-organizational or business unit projects demonstrating proficiency in all project management areas in accordance with accepted project management standards in the industry (e.g., Project Management Body of Knowledge [PMBOK], ANSI/PMI 99-001-2008). Identifies key stakeholder project objectives and requirements. Ensures assigned individuals are executing the identified and assigned tasks and providing appropriate tracking and reporting per plan. Provides in-depth analysis of project culminating with lessons learned and historical reports for incorporation into future project plans. Provides assessment of team performance to appropriate management.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Compliance - Preferred - Intermediate
Program Management - Preferred - Intermediate
Team Player - Preferred - Advanced

EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor's degree and typically 7 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 5 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time/First Shift
7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
