Description

Chipton-Ross is seeking a Resin Application Technician for a contract opportunity in Marysville, WA.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
Have a sincere desire to work and be able to work independently or with a team to complete tasks in a timely manner.
2+ years relevant, steady work history is preferred, manufacturing a plus.
Good basic math skills.
Able to speak/read/write English proficiently.
Legible handwriting/printing.
Ability to balance multiple tasks/priorities.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Operation of resin coaters and cure ovens.
Forklift and hoist operation with training provided.
Respirators required with fit testing provided.
Completion of production paperwork.
Active participation in operational improvement activities.
Willing to cross train or supporting other departments as needed.
Other task as needed and flexibility is key.
Overtime required as needed.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma or GED.

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time
Weekend AM Shift
6:00 AM to 6:30 PM Thursday through Sunday and Friday through Sunday (alternates each week)
**Training schedule 6:00AM-2:30PM Monday through Friday for approximately 30 days

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
