Chipton-Ross is seeking a Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Specialist 3 for a remote contract opportunity.
This is a virtual position located in Baltimore, Maryland however selected TABP will be expected to come into the Baltimore/Linthicum Maryland campus for onsite visits.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a full lifecycle recruiting with an emphasis on lead generation, candidate quality, and client management. Will consider an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree requirement.
Experience using multiple sourcing channels to identify hard to find talent.
Experience utilizing recruiting role within Workday.
Experience with technical recruiting with demonstrated success hiring engineers and/or manufacturing related positions.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will perform full lifecycle recruiting and will work in a dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and creativity. You will guide applicants through the recruiting process and use effective techniques to close the deal. You will use thought leadership when working with hiring teams and demonstrate attention to detail and strong oral and written communications skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
Active participant in social, digital, and/or other alternative sourcing techniques.
Work experience with building effect talent pipelines and conducting tactical searches.
Background in agency recruiting.
Experience staffing technical roles while utilizing acumen in assessing market data, trends, and user groups to identify qualified talent.
Experience working in roles which require prioritizing high priority projects and meeting multiple deadlines within a face-based environment.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree or high school diploma/GED is required.
School must be accredited.
WORK HOURS:
5/40 work week. This is a virtual position located in Baltimore, Maryland however selected candidates will be expected to come into the Baltimore/Linthicum Maryland campus for onsite visits.
RMTEmployment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
