Chipton-Ross is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner 3 for a remote contract opportunity.
*This is a Remote position, but must be available to come on site when needed.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6+ years' experience in a recruiting (technology) or sourcing recruiting role (agency or corporate) with an emphasis on lead generation, candidate quality and hiring team first mentality
Or 10 years of equivalent combination of education & experience
Effective customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Successful demonstration of full-life cycle staffing experience
Active in the Social and Digital recruitment arena
Ability to define and implement research and sourcing strategies for critical positions
Technical industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant skills, target companies and user groups
Able and open to occasional travel around the region to assist with events, and in support of the business
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a full-life cycle recruiter to support our Engineering and Sciences organization.
We are looking for recruiters that are not afraid to leverage the power of talent market intelligence/research to drive strategic, effective and innovative sourcing strategies. Are you comfortable managing competing demands, accepting constructive feedback, adaptable and flexible to changing business requirements? If so, you could support a broad customer base in a highly complex technical environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
Background in agency recruiting
Excellent planning and organizational skills; able to manage multiple high priority projects effectively in a high volume, fast-paced service environment
Self-directed, excellent customer service skills and results orientation
Experience with server-based applicant tracking systems, ideally Workday
Prefer experience developing competitive market intelligence for talent
Demonstrate a strong understanding of OFCCP process compliance
Ability to demonstrate effective ways to build talent pipelines and tactical research
Knowledge of alternative search techniques to find and engage passive candidates
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
High school diploma is required.
School must be accredited.
WORK HOURS:
Full-Time 9/80 workweek. Remote position, but must be available to come on site when needed.
RMTEmployment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
