Description

Chipton-Ross is seeking a Structural Analysis Engineer for a contract opportunity in Marietta, GA.

This position is 100% onsite.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
Active secret clearance with an investigation in the last 5 years or CE enrolment required
FEA tools: NASTRAN, Hypermesh, VISION
Catia
Strong Excel capabilities: Excel spreadsheet mathematical calculations and macro coding highly desired

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Structural Analyst for the ADP Structural Analysis Team.
Responsible for establishing structural specifications and performing structural analysis on new designs of primary and secondary airframe structure.
Specific skills in structural analysis of metallic and composite parts, proficiency in engineering mechanics, engineering statics, and strength of materials.
Experience in systems stress analysis.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor's Degree

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time 4/10 work schedule 1st Shift

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
