Description: Chipton-Ross is seeking a Dimension Control Technician 1 for a contract opportunity in Palmdale, CA.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
High school diploma.
Basic hand tools, assembly tooling, Microsoft office suite, must have Jig and fixture/ Tool building experience, laser tracker experience, Machine shop experience, Verisurf, Mastercam.
Highly organization, Good Communication, self-starter, problem solver, positive attitude, safety minded.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment, perform maintenance of critical assembly tooling fixtures as well as performing tooling cycles, reworks and revisions.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to lift 50lbs

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
High School Diploma/GED is required.
School must be accredited.

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time 4/10 workweek. Must be willing to work any shift, 1st and 2nd shift are Monday through Thursday.
1st is 5:00 AM - 3:50 PM and 2nd is 4:12 PM - 2:42 AM
: Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
