The System Application Analyst is responsible for planning, implementing, configuring, maintaining, and problem resolution for multiple SharePoint environments, integrated applications and supporting infrastructure. The incumbent will interface with Business Resource Managers, Technical Managers, and other peers to provide lifecycle support of SharePoint and integrated applications; enforce compliance of policies, procedures and work instructions; perform capacity planning, performance monitoring, incident and problem management, change and configuration management, and service level performance.
Provide SharePoint based Application Analyst functionality which includes:
-Farm administration of SharePoint 2013/2016 environments including enterprise-level installation, maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting.
-Responding to technical queries.
-Software rationalization and lifecycle management.
-Performing routine monitoring and audits of systems.
-Coordinate and implement application patches, upgrades, password and configuration changes.
-System monitoring and performance tuning.
-Business continuity: disaster recovery planning, configuring and testing.
-Analyze system and audit logs and identify potential issues.
-Responsible for system integrity, backup, and recovery.
-Responsible for server builds, security, and transition to production.
-Provide 24x7 application support.
Develops computer systems specifications that address business requirements and that fit with the company's system architecture standards. Establishes and documents system parameters and formats, ensures hardware and software systems compatibility and coordinates and/or modifies system parameters in terms of existing and projected computer capacity and capabilities. Revises existing systems and procedures to correct deficiencies and maintain more effective data handling, conversion, input/output requirements, and storage.

Must have 5 Years relevant experience with Bachelors in Science; 3 Years with Masters; 0 Years with PhD.
At least 1 year of SharePoint 2013/2016 farm administration.
Strong oral and written communications skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
General understanding of/experience with content management systems & information architecture.
SharePoint Migration experience.
Experience using PowerShell to configure and administer SharePoint farms.
Comfortable with a multiple farm architecture and centrally hosted service applications.
Understanding of SharePoint versioning and storage management processes.
Full understanding of SharePoint collaboration & security principles.
Understanding of and experience working with SharePoint global and client side solutions.
Knowledge and proficiency with Active Directory, ADFS, Kerberos, Claims Authentication and SSL Certificates.
Proficient in server design and architecture for SharePoint environments.
High knowledge implementing, patching, and upgrading SharePoint and other application environments.
Experience in implementing DISA STIGs.
Experience in SharePoint backup/restore and Disaster Recovery.
Desirable to have Microsoft SharePoint Certifications.
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2012/2014/2016. Hands-on DBA experience is a plus.
Experience with OWA, DocAve, Qumu, K2, TFS or Project Server a plus.

Bachelors in Science, Masters, or PhD.

Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 3:30pm OR 7:30am- 4:00pm
