- Chipton-Ross is seeking a Material Handler I for an opening in Redmond, WA.
25% - Records information regarding materials received and shipped in the department computer system.
10% - Perform cycle counting activities (performing counts/recounts, researching lost items, completing cycle count records).
20% - Packaging and handling materials within company guidelines.
10% - Counting and/or weighing incoming parts to verify receipt.
25% - Performing picking/kitting activities 10% - Separating and moving materials, equipment and supplies to and from stores, warehouses, person, department, station and manufacturing areas.
1 year of related experience
Experience operating forklift, pallet jacks, and standard material handling equipment Experience with MS Office, Excel, outlook and using computer ERP/MRP system Ability to operate a 14ft box truck with lift gate A valid Washington State Driver's License Ability to move up to 50 lbs
MATERIAL HANDLING EQUIPMENT
ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING
Experience handling ESD sensitive electronic parts Oracle ERP system Strong computer skills Experience handling explosives/energetics Excellent verbal and written communications skills Shipping/transportation experience Experience working in a regulated environment or previous aerospace experience
Accredited High School Diploma/GED
9/80 , 6:00am to 3:30pm Shift
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
