Finance and Business Operations, headed by the Chief Financial Officer, directs the corporation's financial processes to ensure that financial stability and integrity are maintained, and proper internal controls are applied to comply with accounting standards, the Federal Acquisition Regulations, and tax regulations.

We are seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator whose primary responsibilities include:
Perform solicitation or Request for Proposal (RFP) review, proposal preparation, coordination, submittal, and follow-up through final disposition for the proposal
Participate in negotiations
Administer contract or grant performance and closeout requirements
Respond to contractual related inquiries from Audits, Risk Management, Finance and Budgets
Monitor contract compliance through requirements analysis, oversight and promotion of sound business practice in accordance with corporate policies and Government /Military regulations, including the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
Assist technical engineers with proposal requirements for new work
Administer the contractual relationship with assigned external customers
Provide positive, supportive relationships with the internal departments throughout the Corporation

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
Ten or more years of experience in government and/or commercial contracting
Experience with a variety of contract types and customers in government contracting
Experience with reviewing, analyzing, and negotiating contract terms and conditions, risk assessments, and sound knowledge of proposal process and business strategies
Thorough understanding of FAR and other government laws and regulations
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, completing tasks on short deadlines; ability to set priorities and flexibility with assignments
Demonstrated initiative to meet project and/or tasks assignments
Strong problem-solving skills to resolve administrative issues or questions
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills to positively interact with internal and external customers
Effective team player; must have ability to work well with others in a professional environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software applications
Agility to learn new practices or software applications to adapt to workplace change

Participation in National Contract Management Association (NCMA) courses and workshops is desired

"Bachelor's degree in Business or related field from accredited school.

Full-Time/First Shift

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
