Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems has an opening for a Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst 4 for their Redondo Beach, CA location.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Prepares, develops and coordinates the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to meet all program objectives.
Ensures program schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated.
Implements scheduling best practices as prescribed by industry to include, but not limited to:
-DCMA 14-point.
-IPMR DI-MGMT-81861.
-Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
-Critical Path Analysis.
-Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA).
Schedule Performance and Health Metrics and Analysis.
Provides weekly status and reporting.
Conducting Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) and Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSR) audits.

High School Diploma with 14 years of Business Management/Scheduling Experience; Bachelor's degree with 10 years of Business Management/Scheduling work experience; or a Master's degree with 8 years of Business Management/Scheduling work experience.
Exposure to Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance.
Exposure to Microsoft Project Software.
The successful candidate must be able to work independently on multiple concurrent programs and proposals.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
Ability to perform detailed schedule, resource, work, and cost analysis and make recommendations to solve problems.
Ability to create presentation content and present to various levels of leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications: PM, PMP or SP.
Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration or STEM.
Exposure to Aerospace Industry and Defense Acquisition programs.
Knowledge of Microsoft Project Software.
Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.

At least a high school degree.
Bachelors or Masters in Business Administration or STEM is preferred.
School must be accredited.
