Chipton-Ross is seeking 4 Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist 3's located in Tukwila, WA

The New Mid-Market Airplane (NMA) program is seeking a highly innovative, creative, collaborative, and adaptable Integrated Scheduling Analyst. In an exciting and fast paced development program, the ideal candidate will work with the NMA Program Planning & Control (PP&C) team development of the NMA Program schedule model.
Working in a Scrum / Scaled Agile teaming environment, the ideal candidate will:
-Leverage critical thinking, adaptability, and creativity to thrive in an ever-changing development environment, focusing on problem solving to figure out puzzles and challenges in the program plan
-Use innovation capabilities to develop new products / processes to push the needle on schedule development and visibility
-Lead cross-functionally to develop team level plans and schedules, focusing on the precedence of work statement between groups
-Integrate plans / schedules into scheduling tool to coordinate work precedence across teams (both internal / external)
-Leverage systems thinking and analytical skills to assess precedence network and make recommendations on priorities / demonstrate progress to plan to support team's ability to achieve established program goals
-Develop relationships across functional groups to improve communication and fidelity of precedence network

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
