- Chipton Ross is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Batesville, IN.
Job Summary: Provide support for internal and external customers on client products (both capital and rental products, including Sales and Service literature), via the telephone, fax, and email in a call center technical support environment. Handle daily customer request of parts availability, pricing, order status, etc. Communicate promptly, efficiently handle customer request outside parts distribution.
Responsibilities: - Other duties may be assigned:
o Essential Duties do not include supervisory responsibilities
o Phone support for all incoming calls to department
o Research account number/Request new account number for both Internal and External Customers
o Research part numbers for both Internal and External Customers
o Run reports to provide purchase histories for beds and parts
o Place orders in the ERP system for all customers (Fax, Email and Phone)
o Verification of shipments for customers
o Request new part numbers and pricing to be added to ERP system
o Generation of RMAs for return products
o Verify serial numbers for warranty, and version of bed to determine bed functions for correct parts to be ordered
o Work with the Credit Department on parts orders with credit holds
o Work with Service Stores on back ordered parts and ship dates
o Strong attention to detail
o Excellent organizational, communication and telephone skills
o Prefer JDE experience
o Customer Service experience required
o High School Diploma or GED
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
