Description


RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides nursing services to employees or persons who become ill or suffer an accident. Administers first aid; operates dispensary; attends subsequent dressings of injuries; maintains records of persons treated; prepares accident reports; provides health education information; dispenses standard drugs and medicines such as aspirin and cough or cold tablets; refers contagious diseases or serious injuries to company or employees physician; and may assist doctors in examining patients.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
The manager is looking to bring in either level.
Requires nursing curriculum and registration by a state board of nursing.
Level 3:
High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years' additional education and/or related experience.
Must have active CA RN License.
Level 4:
High School diploma or equivalent and 6 years' additional education and/or related experience. Must have active CA RN License.
Must have Current certification for Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Providers.
Must have Current certification in Blood Borne Pathogens (BBP).

EDUCATION:
High School diploma or equivalent is required.
School must be accredited.

HOURS:
9/80 workweek

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
