- Chipton-Ross is seeking a Staff Analyst 3 for an opening in Hazelwood, MO.
The primary objective of this role is to develop a standard suite of metrics, charts, and graphs for reporting of program performance. Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan. Conducts research, customer surveys (voice of the customer) and analyzes data from multiple sources. Delivers informational or technical materials. Candidate must have excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills. Candidate will be interviewed and specifically tested on ability to create charts and graphs from Excel data and other metrics. Other job description elements may include: Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings. Researches and evaluates customers service, metrics, and reporting issues, working with external service suppliers as needed, and identifies options/make recommendations for consolidated reporting. Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events. Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget. Monitors and tracks execution of project plans and communicates status to all project participants. Trains team members on metrics processes to ensure consistent operating rhythm of program data.
Accredited Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 4 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT
WORK HOURS: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
